The 4-0-1 in the Kingston area was shutdown for nearly 5-hours last night when piles of toilet paper went flying across the busy highway. OPP report a tractor trailer drove through the trailer of another rig on the 4-0-1 at Highway-38, at 7:30 last night, sending its load of Costco brand two-ply toilet paper streaming across the three lanes. OPP report each package was individually wrapped and it was an easy cleanup. Neither of the drivers was injured…and, the Highway reopened after midnight.
