It’s criminal charges for a Prince Edward County man after a high speed chase in Belleville.
City police say while on patrol yesterday afternoon (SAT), an officer recognized a driver whose license had been suspended.
The officer followed the suspect vehicle, which, in turn, accelerated as it drove through the mid-town area.
The pursuit stopped when the driver gave in and pulled over for police.
The 23-year-old man faces charges of dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and flight from police.
