David Frost is a free man.
The former NHL agent and coach of the now-defunct Deseronto-based Quinte Hawks was acquitted Friday of fraud charges.
Frost, who was also facing sexual exploitation charges when the incident occurred, used someone else’s credit card to buy gas in Kingston.
In his ruling Friday, the judge said though the incident occurred, Frost never lied about his identity to the gas station attendant.
Frost was earlier acquitted of the sex charges.
The credit card belonged to former N-H-L player Mike Danton, who’s currently serving a prison sentence for a murder-for-hire conspiracy that allegedly targeted Frost.
