A big cache of weapons found in Tweed.
Central Hastings O-P-P and the Provincial Weapons Enforcement Unit searched a home on Sulphide Road late yesterday afternoon and seized 28 long guns, a cross bow and ammunition.
A man from Tweed will appear in Belleville court today for a bail hearing on charges of careless storage of firearms, careless storage of ammunition and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
No name was released.
