A 19-year old Kingston woman is the latest to be charged in connection with the murder of a Picton man last fall. Holly Blondon becomes the third suspect to be charged in the death of 21-year old Kevin Munroe of Picton. She faces a manslaughter charge, this afternoon, in Picton court. Daniel Thompson and Brad Miller of Picton were arrested days after Monroes’ death and charged with second degree murder. Monroe was found stabbed numerous times at his King Street apartment last September and he later died at Prince Edward Memorial Hospital. OPP Sergeant Kristine Rae was not aware of Blondon’s relationship with the deceased.
