It was a mild overnight….but, not this balmy. Belleville Police arrested a suspect, at 1am, who was running through a downtown Belleville drinking establishment wearing only a pair of boxer shorts. The 25 year old man was located a short time later at his West Hill residence and officers took him to BGH for observation. He was later arrested and locked in a police cell after escaping from the hospital.
