Mild weather and rain is coming…and that will lead to dangerous water conditions in the Quinte region.
The snowmelt and rain will lead to unsafe ice conditions, and fast running rivers and streams.
Quinte Conservation is warning parents to keep kids off of ice, and for everyone to stay away from the banks of streams, as they will be very slippery.
It’s expected more normal temperatures will return on Friday.
