Prince Edward County is well known for its great restaurants…and, it’s clear there’s some future culinary talent in the county after PECI claimedf the 8th annual Junior Iron Chef competition at Loyalist College on Saturday. The local high school team beat out schools from Bancroft and Kingston. The PECI team was made up of Makela Barnes, Jennifer Demore, Carly Dulmage and Audrey Laliberte.
