Quinte West OPP Constable Dave Luddington says due to the hightened awareness of the “tagging” problem in the media over the last week…and, the arrest of the 16-year-old boy….it’s hoped the artistic vandalism will end. The boy has been charged with mischief, and released with several conditions. The “tagging” or spray painting on private property was particularly a problem in Trenton.
