People using Belleville’s recreatonal facilities will pay more this year. Yestrerday city council approved increases for facility rental rates. The charge for arenas will jump in a range from three to five percent. For summer sports facilities the hike is anywhere from six to 11-percent. And seasonal dock rates show an increase aabout three percent.
