Belleville Police are looking for information on a city man who hasn’t been seen in almost three months. Family members say 34-year old David Richens hasn’t been seen or heard from since early November. He’s described as 5-foot-9, 140-pounds and has short brown hair and brown eyes. If you have information on Richens whereabouts you’re asked to contact City Police.
