The Trenton Hercs simply ran out of cash. Brad Teichman, co-owner of the Junior “A” franchise, says they ceased operations yesterday due to financial troubles….which started the moment they bought the club in 2007. Teichman says there are currently “no offers”….but, they are talking with two potential buyers. Most players have been dealt to other teams in the league in exchange for cash.
