Conservative leader John Tory may be the next M-P-P for the Cardiff area, west of Bancroft.
The current Tory M-P-P, Laurie Scott, is expected to leave her seat so Tory can run in a byelection in Haliburton-Kawartha Lakes-Brock, which stretches from Cardiff to Beaverton, and south to Millbrook.
An announcement is expected tomorrow.
Tory hasn’t had a seat in the legislature since he lost in a Toronto riding in the October, 2007 election.
