An Odessa man is in big trouble with the law.
Belleville Police say a 34-year-old man was arrested by Napanee OPP last night (JAN3) via a warrant… stemming from an arrest in Belleville in December.
The man was originally charged with shoplifting…but police now allege the man gave a false name at the time.
The man now faces charges of “obstructing a peace officer” and “personation with intent”.
He will face those charges in court tomorrow (JAN5).
