The Belleville RIDE programme had another effective night in the city.
Police say they checked 267 vehicles and gave one 12-hour suspension…charging one driver with being impaired with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his bloodstream.
Charged will impaired driving is a 46-year-old Belleville man.
He had his vehicle towed and his driver’s licence suspended for 90 days…and will appear in court in January.
