Belleville Police have released more details about a serious crash that closed Station Street earlier this morning.
They say the driver of a car lost control around 2AM and hit a utility pole.
The 37 year old Napanee woman driving the car is in serious condition at Kingston General, while a 57 year old female passenger is also at K-G-H in critical condition.
The second passenger, a 37 year old male, was treated and released.
Police say he assisted in removing the driver from the car before E-M-S arrived… while firefighters had to extricate the other passenger.
Both passengers were from Belleville.
No charges have been laid in the incident… and the investigation is continuing.
