A crucial step has been taken in dealing with Quinte HealthCare Corporation’s growing budget deficit.
Today,(yesterday), the SouthEast Local Health Integration Network announced the appointment of a third party reviewer. That person is Ken Tremblay, now the Chief Executive Officer of the Chatham Kent Health Alliance.
Mr. Tremblay will begin reviewing information and options put forward by Quinte HealthCare management immediately.
His report will be presented to the Quinte HealthCare Corporation Board of Directors in the new year, after which public meetings will be held into the proposals.
