There is a new chairperson on the Quinte Healthcare board.
Vice-chair Nancy Malachowski assumed the position at today’s board meeting, replacing Jack Moore.
She wouldn’t comment on the reason for the change, other than it was made in closed session before the board meeting.
Moore will remain as a board member with Q-H-C.
