There’ll be no change in speed limits on a stretch of Foxboro/Stirling road. A resident had asked the Quinte West Public Works Committee to recommend a reduction from 80 to 60 kmh on the road, from John Meyers Road, north to the City limits. Quinte West OPP did a traffic survey, and found no reason to drop the speed limit on the just over 2 km stretch. Public Works will recommend Council take no action.
