Here are already six ways to pay your taxes in Belleville, and now the Taxation Department has come up with another. Payments may be made in person, in two different drop boxes, by mail, at banks, pre-authorized. But in the new year you can pay by credit card on the internet, adding a little extra for the service provider, not the city, for that convenience.
