Belleville has reached its goal…21-student family doctors on the roster. Last night city council approved two candidates, Raul Valesquez and Artur Pinto. Valesquez comes to the city early in the new year to set up practise and Pinto still has a couple of years to go in his studies. The first candidate family doctor, Jonathan Kerr, began practising medicine in the city earlier this fall.
