Belleville residents who might be concerned about what’s in, what’s out, of the city budget next year …or where their taxes are going… can let city hall know. For the 2009 budget it’s going to be easier to do that. City council is expanding the system for public input. Citizens may appear as deputations during budget deliberation sessions, but now there will be advertising, even forms to help you make your case. The first public session is set for January 27-th with six more sessions, wrapping up on February 12-th.
