Belleville is expanding its inventory of serviced industrial land in the northeast industrial park. Last night city council added a ten acre block of land to the North East Industrial Park on College Street East. The city paid Halla Climate 400-thousand dollars for ten acres on the edge of its site. Mayor Neil Ellis says the city has had some enquiries that could be “good news,” but wouldn’t say any more than that.
