He’s been bailed out by his son and faces a court date of Friday the 13th. Jim Sinclair, owner of the infamous Belleville Bakelite property, has been released on one-thousand-dollars bail – posted by his son – until his court date in early 2009. March 13th is when Sinclair will formally appeal a court ruling that he should spend four months in jail… and pay up to a million dollars in fines… for his dealings with the toxic property. Sinclair is appealing both his sentence and the conviction.
