Belleville Police have caught two suspected thieves.
Police received several calls around four a-m… about prowlers in the area of Burnham and Chatham Streets.
Officers attended the scene and found footprints in the fresh snow.
They followed the footprints from house to house and headed north on Charles Street…where two suspects were seen fleeing police.
Police say they chased the men on foot for quite a while… until catching a 20-year-old and a 16-year-old, both from Belleville.
The suspects were found with wallets, jewellery and other suspected stolen property.
They will appear in court in January.
