David Frost, the former hockey coach and N-H-L agent, who’s facing fraud charges in Kingston will get the verdict in February. Frost testified yesterday he broke no laws in 2007 when he used former N-H-L’er Mike Danton’s credit card to pay for 89 dollars worth of gas, lottery tickets and chocolate bars. Frost is accused of defrauding the gas station and fraudulently impersonating Danton. But he claims Danton allowed him to use the card. Danton, who was once Frost’s client, is currently serving time in the U-S for allegedly conspiring to have Frost killed. Frost was in the news just last week when he was acquitted of sex charges in Napanee.
