The search for a new CAO is underway in Quinte West. Mayor John Williams says Bill Arthur and the city “mutually agreed” to the split….adding Arthur was not fired and he didn’t resign. Deputy-clerk Gary Dyke is now the acting CAO….and Williams expects the search to begin immediately for Arthur’s succesor. Arthur was hired by the city in 2003.
