A Napanee man has been charged with computer thefts in Kingston.
City police reported a man walking into businesses and libraries in Kingston during lunch hours earlier this month, and taking off with laptop computers.
A tip to police led officers to Napanee, and William McFarland was charged with ten counts of theft.
