Catholic school teachers in Campbellford and Grafton are getting 12 per cent wage increases in a new four-year contract.
The teachers, members of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association, and the school board, ratified the deal this week.
There will be three per cent wage hikes in each year of the agreement, starting on September first of this year.
There are also improvements in elementary preparation and planning time, paternity, adoptive and bereavement leaves and other contract language.
