Belleville will have its second new sidewalk snow-plow in time for winter.
This unit came-in just under the 200-thousand dollar upset limit set by city council …and will be delivered no later than the end of this week. A staff report indicates it will have a 60-inch snow blower, salt-sand spreader, and front end loader and bucket for clearing transit stops.
