Belleville Police report a body found floating in the Moira River late Saturday morning was a 60-year old Belleville woman. Walkers on the footbridge in the downtown made the grizzly discovery. City Police say no foul play is suspected and they have determined the cause of death was drowning. The woman often took walks along the Riverfront Trail and Police believe she fell into the water. Her name is being witheld at the request of her family.
