A section of the 401 near Napanee was closed Saturday night due to a vehicle fire.
According to the Belleville Fire Department a call came in shortly after 9 p.m. for a reported vehicle fire in the westbound lanes on the 401.
Tyendinaga firefighters and OPP responded to the scene and the westbound lanes between County Road 49 and County Road 7 were shut down as they extinguished the flames.
There were no reported injuries and the cause was not determined.
The westbound lanes were reopened at approximately 10:30 p.m.
