A driver was lucky to get out safe after a truck fire Saturday afternoon.
The incident happened on County Road 40 near Downs Road before 3 p.m. yesterday.
According to a witness at the scene, the person who owned the truck said he felt heat from his feet at the floor of the truck. He then got out, opened up the hood and flames, along with smoke shot out.
No injuries were reported and no further detail is available.
