UPDATE @ 2:00 p.m.: OPP say emergency personnel and investigators have cleared the scene and the highway is open again.
Expect some delays still as traffic clears.
No other information on the cause of the crash or charges have yet been released.

On May 25, 2018 at approximately 4:15 a.m. The Frontenac detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two vehicle collision on Highway 401 eastbound, just east of the Odessa ONroute service stop in the City of Kingston.
The two vehicles involved in the collision were an SUV and a tractor trailer.
OPP has confirmed at least two deceased in the SUV.
The OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) were called to the scene to assist with the ongoing investigation.
Highway 401 eastbound traffic remains detoured at County Road 6 in Odessa.
