Traffic in Kingston around Bath Road may be a little slower today as another train has come off the tracks in the area.
Kingston Police say a freight train has slightly come off the tracks between Armstrong Road to the west and Queen Mary Road to the east.
There is a full road closure in place and barricades are being put in place at Centennial Drive to the west and Portsmouth Avenue to the east.
There are no cars overturned at this time or any cargo being spilled.
Police say it is simply a traffic issue at this time while authorities work to assess and restore rail and train functionality.
Please avoid this area until updates are announced regarding the opening of Bath Rd.
