UPDATE @ 4:20 p.m.: A Toronto man has been charged after a tractor trailer rolled into a ditch, causing a fuel spill just north of Belleville this morning.
OPP were called around 6:30, following the crash on highway 37 near Roslin, after the southbound truck lost control and went into the west ditch.
The trailer had to be taken off so the vehicle could be twoed away and the Ministry of Environment was called in to help deal with the spill.
The 59 year-old truck driver has been charged with careless driving and having an insecure load, under the Highway Traffic Act.

A diesel fuel spill in the northern portion of Belleville Friday morning.
Around 7:30 a.m., emergency crews were called to 3617 Highway 37, near Leslie Road, south of Roslin, after a big rig went into the ditch.
About 200 litres of diesel have spilled and multiple agencies are on scene.
More details expected later today, however there could be some slowdowns.
