A 27 year old Marmora man has pleaded guilty to threatening charges, and has received a suspended sentence plus probation.
Tyson Gordon pleaded guilty last week in a Belleville courtroom. Charges of kidnapping, forcible confinement and robbery were withdrawn.
The charges came after a home was entered in Marmora in January of 2015. A man was threatened and assaulted and damage was caused to the residence.
Today (Monday), jury selection begins for a trial for 30 year old Jessica Youmans, the other person charged in the incident.
She was charged with threatening, kidnapping, forcible confinement, break and enter, possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes,
aggravated assault, mischief, and robbery.
