A long time Belleville bank will officially close next Friday.
RBC on Front Street will officially shut its doors on Friday March 17th at 12:00 p.m., according to an official with the company.
Back in October, Quinte News broke word of the branch officially closing, ending a decades long relationship in The Village.
RBC Regional Vice President Randy Trednick confirmed employees and business will merge with the North Front location, which is two kilometres from the downtown branch.
Trednick explained as consumer banking habits have changed, they have expanded their online and mobile channels and adjusted their branches.
