Belleville Police say anyone who tends to travel on Airport Parkway should take another route.
A transport driver attempted to turn around and went off the roadway and is now blocking both lanes.
Airport Parkway is currently closed between Elmwood Drive and College Street East and police are on scene attempting to clear the road.
