A Kitchener native will be making his way through the region, running for mental health.
Clay Williams will hit the road in September, in what is called the canal Pursuit.
He says he is raising money for mental illness, as two of his older brothers took their own lives.
Williams tells Quinte News he will be running 700 kilometres next month.
He says a number of family members suffer from depression and he wants to help them and all those living with mental health issues.
