The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of his Breach of Parole.
Jamie David COOK is described as a non white male, 32 years of age, 5’ 10” (178 cm), 200 lbs. (91 kgs), short black hair and brown eyes. COOK has a tattoo on his left hand that reads “BREED”, a tattoo on his right hand that reads “DYING” and a tattoo on his neck that reads “LOYALTY”.
COOK is serving a 5 year and 7 month sentence for Armed Robbery, Forcible Confinement, Disguise with Intent and Assault Police Officer.
COOK is known to frequent the Barrie, Bradford, Brockville and Toronto areas.
