Tyendinaga Mohawk protesters remain camped out at CN/Via tracks on Wyman Road on this snowy morning (Monday).
That means freight and passenger trains won’t be running between Montreal and Toronto and Ottawa and Toronto.
The protesters blocked the tracks on Thursday in solidarity with a British Columbia First Nation trying to stop a natural gas pipeline from being built on their territory.
OPP officers and Tyendinaga police have been observing the scene but there has been no action taken to remove the protesters from the tracks.
